Returns and refunds

Online and boutique returns

Purchased items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery of your order, by contacting us or by personally visiting the boutique. The garments must be returned in the original box and in perfect condition, with intact accessories and tags. It will not be possible to return or request changes of customised items. Before requesting a return, please ensure that the products comply with our return conditions. More information can be found in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Repayment periods

Before being accepted, the returned items will be subject to a check, which may take up to 5 working days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase and in the same currency. Repayment times will depend on different banking procedures.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded, without any penalty and without the need to specify the reason, within the period of 7 (seven) days, starting from the day of receipt of the order. If the Buyer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must give written notice to the seller and wait for the relevant instructions. In any case, to be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the goods must be returned intact and, however, not used or worn and with the same label or tag with which it is received. The only costs due to the purchaser for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the costs incurred for the return to the Supplier. For this purpose, it is specified that the products in fine leather delivered outside the Italian territory can be returned only if accompanied by the certificate "Cites" issued by the competent body. The Buyer who must return this type of goods is advised to consult the competent bodies before making the shipment. Goods not returned regularly to customs will be refused and not refunded. The Supplier shall refund the amount due (cost of the product plus original transport costs) to the Buyer upon withdrawal within 5 (five) days of receipt of the goods provided that the goods have been returned in the original condition and not worn. In addition, the Supplier must be informed of the tracking number with which the goods will be monitored during the return journey.

If the products returned by the Customer are damaged, incomplete, deteriorated and/ or dirty or in any state that leaves unequivocally understood that the products have been used, in such a way as to compromise the substantial integrity, they will not be refunded.
